Engineered Test Stations
Our designs include all of the electronics necessary for accurate and precise measurement of all parameters. We also design the plumbing needed for gas and water flow to ensure tests run according to procedure. This station is for water heater testing for regulatory compliance certification.
Visual Inspection Systems
Development of stand-alone inspection systems shown here as well as integrated systems with feedback to manufacturing controls to reduce production waste. This particular system measures 34 points on a wiper blade element cross-section to tolerances within 0.1 mm
